Core CMS Licences
- A domain licence allows use of the system on a single domain name (not including sub domains).
- A server licence allows unlimited use of the system on a single server. Domains accessed via that server are not restricted. ISPs, ASPs, partners, or developers may use a server licence to host cm3 websites for third parties.
- An organisation licence allows unlimited use of the system within an organisation. Servers and domains are not restricted. An organisation licence can only be used for applications owned and operated by the company that owns the licence.

Additional Notes
- With the release of version 4 of cm3 in January 2006, the cm3 Internet Module Pack is now supplied as part of the core product licence. (Previously the Internet Module Pack was purchased separately for $2,500 per domain name, $6,000 per server, or $10,000 per organisation.)

Software Maintenance
Level 1 maintenance subscriptions provide:
- Free upgrades of minor versions of the product
- Access to online support materials

- Access to online support materials
- Free basic technical support by email (up to three 15 minute instances per month)
- One development domain name licence
- Various special commercial offers from time to time

Partner Pricing
Discounts apply to all product licences for registered partners based on the volume of sales, beginning from 20% for Silver Partners and ranging to as much as 50% for repeat sales. A number of additional benefits are also made available to partners.
