Do I need to purchase separate licences for my public website and my intranet?
If you have purchased an organisation licence, you do not need a second licence for your intranet.
If you have purchased a server licence and both your sites physically reside on the same server, you do not need a second licence.
If you have purchased a domain name licence, it depends on how you configure your sites:
- If your intranet resides on the same base domain name as your public website (e.g. www.yourcompany.com and www.yourcompany.com/intranet/), you do not need a second licence.
- If your intranet resides on a separate sub domain (e.g. www.yourcompany.com and intranet.yourcompany.com), you need a second domain name licence or a server or organisation licence to run your intranet.
