How is "organisation" defined under the licensing terms?
We think of an "organisation" as a single company, commercially recognised body, or identifiable business unit that owns and operates the sites or applications for which cm3 is being used.
Please note the important word - operates. An organisation licence cannot be used by a holding company for use by its subsidiaries, by a conglomeration of businesses for collective use of the system, or by an intermediate firm (e.g. hosting company or web developer) on behalf of their clients. Also please note that some larger companies may need to purchase multiple organisation licences if the business units are run separately.
