Surveys / Forms Builder
The cm3 surveys builder module provides the ability for CMS users to generate complex data collection forms with no programming. Although the module was created with the concept of "surveys" in mind, the system is effectively an online forms builder.
Standard features of the surveys / forms module include:
- Unlimited number of surveys
- Unlimited number of questions per survey
- Schedule surveys to start and end
- Supports multiple types of answer formats (including radio button, checkboxes, text area, pulldown options, matrix questions, and more)
- Validate answers, including required fields and data validation such as correct email address format
- Manage layout and ordering options for questions, and separate questions into groups or sections
- Single page forms supported by default *
- Manage introduction and response messages using standard CMS tools
- List "current" surveys in an automated surveys area, or link to individual surveys or forms from any web page using the CMS
- Email notification ("thank you") to respondents, and optional notification to survey owner
- All responses collected to CMS database
- Online summary reports of survey responses
- Access individual survey responses via the CMS
- Export responses to CSV for external reporting
- Set up survey templates / full survey copy function
- Archiving of surveys in administration system for future reference
* Multi page forms are possible but may require template customisation service from your web developer or technical staff.
